Kristin Tegeler

What a privilege to work at Berean Christian High School as the Junior & Senior College & Career Counselor! I love Jesus and desire that each student would trust that God's specific and unique plans for their lives are perfectly loving, wise, and sovereign. I have seen God take me through my own unique educational journey to be able to counsel each student as they consider their own post-high school options, whether that be community college, 4-year college, trade school, military, missions, or work. 

Prior to joining Berean in 2023, I spent ten years in public high schools both in College Counseling and School Counseling roles. I have also worked as a freshman admissions reader with the University of California and volunteered on an admissions advisory committee for the University of Toronto. Through attending and speaking at college admission counseling conferences, I love to both learn and share everything I can about college and career planning. 

I work on campus three days a week, so when I am away from school, you can often find me serving as a biblical counselor at my church, or spending time with my husband and 2 adorable children.
