Debra Geisler

Hi there! It is an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to teach AP Psychology here at Berean Christian High School! I’m passionate about psychology and how it helps us understand how and why we think, feel, and behave the way we do. My passion extends to teaching this social science to the next generation and helping them study it through a biblical and theological lens in order to learn more about God’s beautiful design of people!

My love for psychology and theology led me pursue my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology at a seminary. After working as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for several years, I decided to become a stay-at-home mom to our four daughters, and eventually, a homeschool educator too. Recently, my family moved to CA from the Midwest, and I’m enjoying all the beauty that the Bay Area has to offer!
