Achievements

I come from a family of educators.  My parents started a Christian school in Oahu, Hawaii, from which I graduated.  My oldest brother is the current administrator of the school, while my younger brother is in charge of the music department.  I have been a mathematics and computer science teacher at a Bay Area Christian school for the past 32 years.  I have taught Geometry, Algebra 2, Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus AB, AP Computer Science A, and AP Computer Science Principles.

I am married to my wife Kristine for 29 years.  We have been blessed with five children. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, planting trees, working on cars, caring for chickens and bees, and going on long walks with my family and dog.
