Welcome! I have the privilege of teaching AP English Language and Composition--affectionately known as "AP Lang"-- at Berean Christian.

AP Lang focuses on the art of rhetoric and the importance of critical thinking--both in reading, writing, and in consuming rhetorical works. The course teaches students how rhetoric works so that they can be informed citizens, wary of manipulation or deceit, while being able to appreciate effective and civil communication. I see academics as an act of worship and consider myself blessed to be a part of Berean Christian's mission to work in the lives of our students.
