Sandy Hollenbeck

Greetings!  I feel so blessed that the Lord has called me to teach at Berean, combining my love for students with geeky fun engineering and physics. 

In the fall of 2017, we founded our engineering program that now offers Introduction to Engineering Design, Principles of Engineering and Aerospace Engineering (which is a blast!).  Engineering students apply engineering principles through project-based learning as they develop strong technical skills along with important “soft skills” such as teamwork, communication and perseverance in problem-solving. In physics, we explore physical phenomena from the sub-atomic level through the vastness of the universe. with an emphasis on recognizing the majesty of God’s creation, faithfulness and wisdom. My ultimate goal is to equip our students to use their God-given talents and gifts to glorify God and lovingly serve others.
