Tuesday = White bell, dismissal 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday = Blue BLOCK, dismissal 2:20 p.m.

Thursday = Gold BLOCK, dismissal 3:00 p.m.
Friday = Red Bell, dismissal 2:25 p.m.

Another Berean Triumph!

This past weekend Berean's debate team hosted a home tournament. After 4 rounds of debating, Berean's teams, Casey Rittenhouse/Ryan McCormick and Aislinn Fernandes/Slayden Fernandes, both went 3-1! For the speech rounds, Ryan McCormick took first in impromptu and apologetics, while Slayden Fernandes took third in impromptu and second in apologetics.  Great Work Eagles!

Happening This Week

• Sees Easter Candy Fundraiser is going on NOW and ends on Wednesday, March 11th.  Please turn all orders into the front office by the end of the day on Wednesday.  Additional order forms are located in the student center.  Juniors and seniors can earn a free ticket to JSB just by selling $750 worth of product.  Sophomore and freshman can earn a $50 Amazon gift card for selling $750 too!

• JSB Midnight Masquerade will be held on Saturday, April 25th at the Oakland Rotunda from 6-9 pm.  Tickets are $98 each and are on sale beginning Wednesday, March 11th. All ticket sales will be online and you may not purchase a ticket until your guest form has been approved. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Parking is an additional $10 per car in the adjacent parking garage or you can park on the street. This event is for Juniors and Seniors.  If you are bringing an outside guest or a current sophomore as your guest, you must fill out a guest form and turn it into the front office by April 1st.  

 

STUDENT OF THE MONTH

                                                                                 

We’re honored to announce that Berean Christian’s Student of the Month for March 2020, is Mitchel Hansen. Mitchel exemplifies the well-rounded, servant leader outcome that Berean desires of its students. During his time at Berean, Mitchel has led in a number of ways; he has been a part of Student Government for 3 years, he has been led worship in chapel, he has played a variety of roles in BCHS drama productions and even been captain of the baseball team in his sophomore year.  He has done all of this while maintaining a nearly perfect GPA.

Mitchel is a shining light on campus encouraging other students through his fun-loving personality.  Most of all, Mitchel reflects the love of Christ to others in all that he does.  We are proud to honor Mitchel, as Student of the Month. Congratulations!
