Ticket Information: Tickets are available ONLINE ONLY through this page. Ticket Sales Close on March 12 at 11:59 PM. (Due to catering commitments, no late tickets will be sold.) Everyone who purchases a ticket will receive an email with important event details, including parking information and final reminders, one week before JSB.
Pricing: $190 per person on or before February 21. $210 per person after February 21. The ticket price includes a three-course sit-down dinner, entertainment, dancing, and a scenic cruise on the San Francisco Bay.
Important Details: All ticket sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. When purchasing a ticket for another student, be sure to list their name and grade.
If the guest is a Berean student, check that they have not already purchased their own ticket to avoid duplicate purchases. Berean is unable to issue refunds, even for duplicate tickets. Sophomores may only attend as the guest of a junior or senior. Freshmen are not permitted to attend.
Guest Policy: Only current Berean Juniors and Seniors in good standing may bring one guest. Guests must be at least a high school sophomore and no older than 20 years old. Guests must be the opposite gender of their Berean host. Guests are approved at the discretion of the Deans Since tickets are non-refundable, students bringing a guest must have their guest pre-approved before purchasing a guest ticket.
To do this: Pick up a Guest Form from your Dean. Submit the completed form to your Dean by Friday, March 7. If your intended guest is another Berean student: Before purchasing a guest ticket, confirm that your guest has not already purchased their own ticket. If they have, and you wish to cover their cost, you will need to arrange reimbursement privately—Berean cannot refund their ticket.
No refunds will be issued if a ticket is purchased for a Berean student (purchaser or guest) who is not in good standing. If you are unsure, check with a Dean before purchasing.
Refund & Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable—no exceptions. This includes illness or other unforeseen circumstances. This policy is necessary due to financial commitments required to host the event and online processing costs.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms. If you have any questions about JSB or these policies, please contact Mrs. Andrucko at aandrucko@bereanchristian.com.
